Shipping policy
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. For this reason, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been submitted. You will only be charged for items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Order fulfillment typically takes 1–5 business days. During peak periods, major holidays, or when items are experiencing high demand or stock availability issues, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days. Orders are dispatched as soon as stock availability is confirmed.
If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to differences in warehouse or manufacturing partner locations.
Deliveries
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary depending on your country or region and generally range between 7–21 business days. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Amelia Dublin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, postal delays, public holidays, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Amelia Dublin has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any incurred import charges and return shipping costs.
Customs policies differ by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete before placing an order. As we begin processing orders immediately, we are usually unable to make address changes once an order has been submitted.
Amelia Dublin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
